PC-Names -- (c) 1989 by WR Software
PC-Names is shareware, so please try it out and make copies for others. The
program requires 512K minimum of computer memory, and DOS 2.1 (or later).
PC-Names is a mailing list manager and/or personal address book that covers
the basics (mailing labels, reports, Rolodex cards, envelopes, sorting, etc.).
But PC-Names also supports automatic phone dialing, address books in a variety
of sizes and formats, unlimited names, hot key printing, lasers, custom label
sizes, and more. Best of all, PC-Names is a dream to use.
The program works on a hard disk, or a single floppy drive. To use on a hard
disk, type A:INSTALL and press <Enter>. INSTALL puts a new directory \PCN on
your C: drive. Or you can copy the disk to any new directory (COPY A:*.*). To
use a floppy drive, copy the PC-Names disk to a blank diskette with 720K or
more capacity (so there will be room for your names).
With floppy or hard disk, type PCN to start the program. Choose HELP on the
main menu for a brief introduction.
The file MANUAL.DOC contains the program documentation. From DOS, you can
type ORDER to print an order form, if you wish to register.
